P.S: I am quite aware that this reeks of first world problems. Some may even read this as being ungrateful of the love and attention from your loved ones. But this comes out of the nostalgia of times when a birthday cake was something aspirational vs a yearly ritual. I am probably stuck in that period and birthday celebrations make me extremely uncomfortable.
..And by explaining the comic, I have successfully managed to ruin it!
