How not to celebrate women’s day.
If you are an employer or an HR, please take note – we do not want your token appreciation. And we certainly don’t need your sugared cupcakes or any such stereotypical gimmicks.
What can you genuinely do?
Please share some hard numbers. Gender break up on your hiring, on pay, on promotion, on resignations. What policies you are planning to implement to improve these. May be a sensitization workshop for employees.. But please spare us the mindless stereotyping.
